My kids think they need to eat all day long. I will not give them food whenever they ask, but we do usually have a snack between lunch and dinner. More often than not I would give them raisins or crackers, but I’ve found a new, healthy snack to give them to change it up a bit!

Like LOVE LOVE.
Unhealthy habits are easy to get trapped in these days. So much food is available for consumption, yet often it seems very little of it is healthy. It is so much easier or more convenient to reach for a fattening snack that is devoid of nutrition.
